Some of you may remember me crying a couple of months ago about dropping and breaking my favorite tranny.
Last night while looking for something else, I noticed the two pieces in the hone box and thought that I might be able to salvage it. After a little diamond grinding on the jagged end, I was able to make a good 'barber hone' out of the 5.5" piece. Works great. The Swaty copy now retires into the hone box.
