Head shaving is no harder than face shaving. I use many different razors DE, SE, and injectors. Just use whatever setup works for you on your face. I suggest just going blind on the back of your head. It seems scary at first, but most guys adapt pretty quick. There are some who use 2 mirrors, but I find it very confusing. I do have 2 mirrors set up from when I used to cut my own hair. I still use it to check lather and make sure I hit everywhere, but for actual shaving I look away. Try both ways though and see what works for you.
