Howdy, y'all,
I've been reading the "Shaving in a Hurry" thread with interest, but my question is somewhat different:
Let's suppose you're on a date, you're back at your place, and your beloved comments that your 'stache and chin area feel pretty rough. How would you de-stubble that area, and quickly? The last time that happened, I applied some Noxema Classic, did a quick rinse, applied some Cetaphil moisturizer, and then went over it with my cartridge. I go through a full ritual with my morning shaves (wash face in shower, Nox Classic preshave, bowl lathering, 3 passes with a Merkur 23c / red Personnas, etc.), but that's out of the question in my scenario.
FWIW, a couple of weeks into wet shaving and I'm consistently getting DFS morning shaves. I have intensely thick, wiry facial hair that grows faster'n ragweed after a summer shower.

How do or would you do a fast touch-up?
