I'm guessing this has been asked once or twice before, but I wouldn't know the terms to use to search with.
Anyway, we're going to visit my mom and extended family over the Labor Day weekend, and while talking on the phone yesterday she asked what we should serve at the cookout, and I said that brats/burgers/dogs would probably be easiest.
And she asked me about pulled pork.
Well, mom lives about 3 hours away, the party is Sunday. We're leaving Friday. She has my Dad's Weber kettle...
