First shave with Slim

I loaded my Slim with a GSB....lathered my face with CO Bigelow.... and was dialing my wave thru a shave with one day of growth.

Setting 1 - felt to me that I was shaving without a blade.
Setting 2 - pretty much the same as setting 1
Setting 3 - a little different from 2 but still not to my liking
Setting 4 - still not aggressive enough
Setting 5 - still not aggressive enough
Long story short.... I dialed to 9 to get the shave that I desired, and what a shave it was. My EJ and Merkur will...
