Long time reader finally decided to register. I have entered the world of wet shaving and I am having a little trouble.
I started out using a Shavette about a month ago however I found it really hard to go against the grain with it so I decided to switch to a Safety Razor.
So I picked up a 1965 Schick Krona so far problem solved I have a lot more control with the razor and I am much more comfortable with it.
I am running into a bit of an issue I cant seem to get a close shave against the grain with it no matter what blade I put in it. I suspect it must be my technique and that I am not applying enough pressure. However I was told to put 0 pressure and let the razor do the work.
What should I do?
