Yeah, so I kinda like demonstrators. A lot. My most recent purchase was a Platinum Cool which I adore. I was browsing Amazon the other day and stumbled across this one. I've heard horror stories about this one though from around the interwebs and was wondering if anyone here has an opinion on it.
"The nibs that came with the pen were horribly misaligned out of the box."
"The demonstrator fell apart when trying to initially ink the pen."
"Even after inking the pen the ink leaked through the body and permanently stained small air bubbles in the body."
Most of these were said over at the Fountain Pen Network forums, but I figured I'd see if any members here had similar issues. When I first saw that pen I was like "HNNNNNGGGG Must have!" but now I'm not so sure. If there are a lot of issues with the nibs and converter (which I can't find anywhere to buy replacements for those), I'd like to know before buying.
