For me it is the Chai season and I have come to the conclusion that I am not a good chai maker. I buy Chai it is good. I make chai it is not drinkable.The best chai I have had is at a small coffee shop in Cortez Colorado. I asked how they make it and they said they open the foil packet and dump. So this is one of those times when,if it exists, I think I might just buy a good chai mix.
Looking at various tea sellers there is clearly a lot of options out there. Anyone know of a good mix? I am not very worldly and I have only had "chai". Nothing has been labeled "Masala Chai"
