testing poll mode

I finally got it. For those trying this option out:

1- Complete a title
2- Add relevant content or wording in the thread
3- Scroll to the bottom and check the box "Post a poll"
4- Select the number of items to vote on
5- then (this is where I failed at first) select "Submit new thread" and this will take you to the polling options screen.
