Old Personna Blade Pack

I recently bought my first vintage safety razor- an old super speed- and the seller threw in 2x5 packs of personna blades. Does anyone know how old these are?
Are decades old blades (assuming no rust) still in perfect order?
Are these 'collectable' and should be held onto?
