Bought some soap (Dr. John's to be specific) that was shipped to me. It appears for lack of a better term to be melted from the heat, I live in South GA. It has a lumpy oily look and is very soft.
This is my first experience with Dr. John's so perhaps this is the nature of the soap (I doubt that though). Any suggestions?
