First time using feathers

Hi guys,

i came onboard about 2 weeks ago now and have done 7 shaves with DE now. so far I still haven't cut myself!

so I thought I'd take things up a notch and use the feather blades that came with my razor (I have the feather safety razor - cheap and awesome so far).

well - I am happy to report still no cuts so I am not sure why I was afraid of using them (read some recommendations on here not to use the at first which is why I started with Astra). It's funny how it makes a slightly different noise when using - like a lower sound.

Also so went up with razor for first time under my chin. Previously only went in downwards motion but this seems to be much closer shave than going downwards.

I'm putting all the credit to the safety razor and the excellent tutorials on here. Still best feeling ever after years of razorburn and tugging.
