Put my very first razor, a Schick Adjustable, back in rotation this week, and to be honest I'm wondering if I'll go back to DE. Yes, I likely will, but the lack of irritation with this level of closeness is amazing. Dialed it up today, and concluded I needed to dial it back down because the Monday and Tuesday shaves were incredible, and today's has just a tad of irritation. All three shaves were two-pass (WTG and XTG).
What's more, my wife can't tell the difference, and she notices when I used a cartridge.
Tomorrow may try a one-pass. That was my old standard in my pre-cartridge days.
