Hey Guys, I found this at an antique mall today. I'm having trouble finding info on it. First is double concave the correct term for this grind? I also see double hollow or bellied. It seems double hollow and double concave were also used for extra hollow. I'm wondering how rare this grind is, if you still hone it the same, and if anyone has one and how they like them? Any info would be appreciated, thanks.
