Hi Folks. What is the proper way to use/mix/prepare TOBSSC? IT is shave cream; should I mix with water in a bowl and whip with a brush as I do with a shave soap? Even if there is no "right" way, I would like to prepare it as recommended. I watched several conflicting youtubes, and would like to know what you recommend.
