A few weeks ago I bought a cheap Shaeffer pen at an office supply store and liked it enough to try a few nicer pens. I followed up with a couple of Lamy Safaris with different nibs, and a Monteverde Limonada and a NOS Reform. (Glad that restraint I'm in is for shaving stuff...)
Anyway, here are my questions:
How often do you guys find it necessary to clean out a fountain pen?
For those of you who own a few pens, how many pens do you keep with ink in them at any given time? Is there much risk of a fountain pen getting clogged or gunked up if it is not used with ink in it?
