So I've never really been able to get rid of these bumps on my neck, they're always there the very second I shave, I've tried letting it grow out for a week+ before shaving with no luck, my current setup is Edwin Jagger DE89L, with "The real shave co." Shaving cream and balm
1: I'll usually always shave after a shower, or wash my neck/face with hot water right before shaving
2: apply Proraso pre-shave and wait about 1 minute
3: apply shaving cream(right now is cream mentioned above, but have tried many different including proraso green)
4: shave only once with the grain ( I take care to follow my "beard map"), using a new Astra blade
5: rinse off and then rinse with cold water
6: pat dry and apply tend skin
7: sometimes apply witch hazel
8: apply The real shaving co. after-shave balm
I've tried a blade sampler when I started with DE, I settled on feather blades for a while but just lately changed to Astra(had this problem before). I would really love to be able to get a BBS shave but at this point I don't do more than one pass, and I only end up shaving every 3-4 days which I find is too long. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
