I wrote an email to Klar to ask about the Kabinett ever coming back in the line, here is the answer they gave me:

The Klar Cabinet Shaving Soap was a soap that was developed as a cabinet goods exclusively for the hairdressing and barber supplies.
The two bars á 250g were cut by hairdressers and barbers in demand pieces.
However the demand for this product has steadily declined in the last 10 years,
so we as a manufacturer had taken the product from the range, as a minimum size of the production of 5000 copies could not be sold on a regular basis.
We also offer our shaving still in 110g.
The price is more expensive relative to the Cabinet 500g goods, but the fertility is higher by a multiple.
With a regular use the soap reaches over 1 1/2 years.

So I guess its DUSY or nothing, well the DUSY is a real nice soap but I never got to try the Klar
