I currently own a boars hair shaving brush purchased from a big box store. I am moderately happy with it and think it's about time I invested in something a little nicer. I'm hoping to spend under 50$ for my new brush. After doing a LOT of research I determined that I could afford a 100% badger or maybe a better badger brush but that for under 50$ I wouldn't be able to afford a silvertip badger brush. However I was searching amazon for brushes and came across this brush for 29.98$ (marked down from 65$) claiming to be silvertip badger. It is made by GBS. I was just wondering if this is actually a silvertip brush, if GBS is a decent brand, and if you guys think this would be a good purchase. I'm really hoping this is legitimate because I would love to find a silvertip brush in my price range. Also any recommendations for good brushes in the under 50$ price range would be greatly appreciated.
