My bride and I are going to make some brushes available soon. We are waiting for the new B&B hobbyist level.
My question is whether we should go through the effort of pre-washing the WD silver tip knots before installing them into the handles. This would minimize the dog funk when the recipient first uses the brush.
its obviously more work for us, but would make for a nice user experience, particularly if they are new to wet shaving.
Do do other folks who make brushes do this, or is the new owner on his/her own?

Should I pre-defunk brushes prior to delivery?
