Does anybody have an idea what is occurring when plating fogs up while it is being touched or comes in contact with the skin? I noticed this occurs with some razors, but not all. Does this occur because there is moisture trapped beneath the plating or is it because the plating is imperfect or porous? The effect seems to be more obvious if the razor is cold to the touch.
