HELP! With Yeti Snot

I've got 4 shaves under my belt with Yeti Snot, and all three have been, well.. Meh.



I love the cold. I love the scent. I don't seem to be able to get a decent lather.



I have a sample block that I melted into a 3" aluminum container I got from WCS. I add a bit of hot water to the soap while I soak my brush and bowl.



I've noticed that keeping the small amount of water in the soap, but using a wrung-dry brush loads more product, but then it still takes forever to get anything approaching lather.



Any tips? Do I just need to to *gasp* use more product?
