Since i started shaving i have played with different products since im new to wet shaving i thought i would share some of my opinions on products maybe to help out with other newbies..
Creams & Soaps
Geo F. Trumper Soft Shaving Cream in Tube , this is a great product lathers fairly easy nice and thick and feels good the smell is very nice and the wife loves it at $18 a tube this is not my everyday shave cream this is strictly my "Going Out" cream.
2.25 oz. Colonel Conk's world-famous glycerin shave soap , Used this once seemed like it did its job fine takes longer to lather then creams but does provide a decent shave for me seemed like i got a little bit of razor burn using it, im not the soap puck i am new to this so in about a months time i will give it another try..
C.O. Bigelow Premium Shave Cream with Eucalyptus Oil , This is a great shaving cream feels great on a hot day nice cooling feeling while using, easy to whip up into a lather, at $10 for a large tube and if caught on a buy 2 get 1 free sale at Bath and Body Works its a steal,i recommend this product for anyone, seems like i half to had a few drips of water on my third pass as it seems to dry out a smidgen but still love the stuff.. and i can get it local anytime.
The Body Shop For Men Maca Root Shave Cream , Another Great product Used it for the first time tonight lathers super easy its thick lather seemed to hold the moister threw out the shave, feels good on the skin and leaves face feeling soft after the shave this is also another one i can pick up locally so another bonus.
Aftershave & Balms
Clubman Pinaud After Shave Lotion , What can i say about this it smells great and makes the face feel good after the first few second of stinging, i always use this post shave and apply a aftershave balm when it dries..
Dove Men + Care Post Shave Balm , This was the first post shave balm i purchased, i feels nice after a shave and would recommend this because its available in every store i been to..

The Body Shop For Men Maca Root Razor Relief, another great product from the body shop, soothed the skin instantly, will need to use the product more i used it for the first time tonight and it was great, also can be picked up local for me..
DE Razor Blades
Personna med-Prep Razor , Great balde i have very coarse bear hair and i get 3 good shave wit them, no tugging they just glide across my face like nothing think max for me would be 4 shaves, i bought 100 of them so it will be a while before i try others..
Equipment
Edwin Jagger DE89Lbl Lined Detail Chrome Plated Double Edge Safety Razor, this razor is awesome its my first de shaver and couldnt be more happy the thing is a work of art i suggest this for anyone that is looking for there first razor and it looks awesome, shave nice great weight and smooth to shave with.
Colonel Conk Model 119 Apothecary Mug , great for the soap puck not so great for tubed cream, works as directed with the pucks... nothing special..
Goodwill .99 cent bowl , what can i say found a nice thick bowl at good will holds the heat ok and the perfect size for whiping up some lather... hope to replace this with ascuttlesoon "fingers crossed"...
Parker Safety Razor 100% Black Badger Bristle Shaving Brush , This brush is great nice and soft and big enough for me so far only lost 2 hairs in 3 weeks out of the brush i suggest it for anyone getting into wet shaving..
thats all i have for now have a synthetic brush to try and will try the kids micro touch one and give a review on that at a later date...
