I have a gallon Zip-loc bag full of different Goulet ink samples, and I really don't enjoy reloading pens to test them out. I thought about using a dip pen, but I'm concerned that that might look different than the nibs that I use. So, I was thinking . . .
Is there a nib holder where I can attach a handle to one of my spare #5/#6 nibs to test inks by dipping the nib, and then simply rinsing it off?
I've tried this with a fountain pen, but then ink gets into the feed and I need to open the pen up and blast water through the feed with the bulb syringe, which gets old.
Alternately, would a simple dip pen work for this?
