I have been on B&B for a few months but never noticed this part of the forum or would of been here in a flash!
Thought I would introduce myself and list what I have been enjoying lately and what I haven't. My name is Dave and my favorite drink would have to be Whiskey. In particular it would be Buffalo Trace whiskey although I tried one of those small sample bottles the other night of Knob Creek and that stuff was AMAZING!! I'm not sure which one I like more now. :lol:
My journey into this stuff started with Jack Daniels, I really enjoyed that stuff with a little bit of tea at first then got a little bored and on a recommendation moved to the buffalo. I bought that for a while till the local store was out of it for a few months, on another recommendation I tried Makers Mark which was pretty tasty as well but just not the same. The other day when I went to restock on the buffalo I figured I would try Knob Creek (AMAZING) and Gentleman Jack (not that great at all IMO) so my two favorites at this time would be the Buffalo and the Creek. That's till I get some recommendations from here. For the longest time I drank it with a little tea mixed in but I've really been enjoying it on the rocks recently.
When I'm not drinking whiskey and am in the mood for a beer I like to go with the craft beers. Mainly Stone, IPAs Arrogant Bastard, Double Bastard, and I think it is called Sublimely Self Righteous ale are great and they have so much more!! I like dark beers or some IPAs when I go that route. So if you have made it through all of that I thank you and hope to meet all of you other connoisseurs that reside here.
