Going to have my first shave this weekend.

Newbie here from London. Have read up quite a bit on the topic and have taken the plunge to get some of the basics and looking to have my first shave this weekend. I bought the following:



Mercur 33C razor

Israeli made double edge razor blades

Skin Food from Geo Trumper

Shaving Cream from Geo Trumper

Badger Shaving Brush from Geo Trumper



I spoke to the shop attendant at Geo Trumper and his advice was that the above is sufficient to start off with.



Having read through some of the very helpful articles on this forum for beginners, there is a fair amount of additional products that various people use as part of their routine (eg pre-shave oils, and then after the shave there is alum, aftershaves, moisturizer etc).



I have mildly sensitive skin so, as part of my daily routine, I would typically cleanse my face with Kiehls face wash followed by Kiehls moisturizer.



I would be grateful for some advice about whether I need to purchase any additional items to the ones I have already purchased, as described above. Separately, after applying the Skin Food am I correct in thinking that I would then apply my Kiehls moisturizer?
