Hi B&B, I've been shaving with a double-edge safety razor for about 2 months now with a B40 Jagen-David Safety Razor. I'm at the point where I don't get nicks/cuts very often but I am having trouble getting a smooth shave on my neck area - particularly with the small "dip" (don't know how to call it) near the windpipe. Has anyone got any tips to get a smoother shave in that area? Thanks.
