Have you a favorite magazine? One that makes you giddy when it arrives in the mailbox?
For me, it is Garden & Gun. Now, truth is, there isn't much in it which addresses either. Sure, there is the occasional small article about fancy trap guns, but it primarily focuses on BBQ, bourbon, music, crafts, and artists.
The emphasis is the American south, and the writing is simply top notch. G and G is closer to a literary Town & Country than an outdoors publication. And the advertisers certainly...
