Can anyone explain this discrepancy?

I came across an odd pricing difference for a Semogue OC boar brush between 2 websites, however, they were by the same vendor. Smallflower sells the SOC on their website for $45 + shipping, but sell the exact same brush through Amazon for $25 with free shipping. Why such a big price difference? Is the mark-up on their website ridiculous or is Amazon forcing them the lower the price by almost half?
