I started shaving with DE razors a few years ago now. I used a Merkur 34C and a 23C. Didn't like the long handle, gave it away. Got lots of great shaves out of the 34C and settled into it and the Astra SP as my go to setup.
I then moved onto Straights and my DE razor was neglected for a while. I have been straight shaving for over a year with good results.
I got back into my DE as I did not have time to hone my razors and was going away with work.
