When I purchased my Muhle Black Fiber (HJM, actually, I was after the ergos of that shaped handle) I was enthralled by the softness of the knot. I later purchased a Satin Tip The Purest and have appreciated it being a bit.. stiffer, though still very soft. And now i want something that is stiffer yet - something that feels scrubbier but is not scritchy, has backbone and a soft tip.
I dont' mind being aggressive in splaying to get a good scrub if it works ( I really abuse the Satin Tip...
