4 hour irritation

I have been de shaving about 6 months and my technique is greatly improving, however I am having some irritation problem. After about 3 to 4 hours I start to feel irritation, could it be my technique or products.

Wash face then shower, badger brush soaks while showering
Wash face with glycerin soap
Apply preshave
Lather wit quality cream or soap
Three passes WTG, XTG, XTG, face cannnot handle ATG
Tayers whitch hazel
ASB
Sometime finish with a moisturizer ​
