My fragrance habit is worse than my wet shave habit, and I have 3 custom made safety razors, and 6 brushes from all the big guys, M&F, Shavemac, Wolf Whiskers, Paladin, etc., And 30 plus soaps. So you can guess my fragrance habit is out of control.
A couple of years ago I started to get discouraged becasue current Fragrances seemed to fade and die so damn quick. Pay over 100$ for a scent that was virtually non existent 60 minutes after spraying. I did a lot of reading and started to express Vintage.
To me Vintage is anything discontinued due to all the regulations. I've purchased so.e original Pour Lui that's 37 years old ( and amazing) and I've bought Versace L'Homme, less than 10 years old. Often they are cheaper, and they last an last and last.
I still purchase new stuff but I'm a lot more particular now. My favorite scents are Worth pour homme Haute concentration which is over 20 years old and I have about 600ml of and my Furyo which I'm not sure of the exact age but is stunning.
