I purchased a new Omega boar brush and this thing has the worst funk I have ever encountered. Normally I just shave through the bad smell period but this brush is currently unusable.
What concerns me is that the smell seems to resemble some sort of chemical.
Is this odd or do Omega brushes just have an overwhelming odor out of the box?
Your insight and experiences would be appreciated.
