Gillette Super Speed, black handled version. Came out in the 60s. Produced through the 80s. If you look at the bottom plate, where the handle attaches, you should see a letter and a number, like N 2 or something. That's the Date and Quarter code and it will tell you when the razor was made.
Nice shaver. A good scrubbing with dish washing soap and a toothbrush should clean it up nicely.
