Welcome to the club, Ben. Glad to have you aboard. Don't worry about the appearance of the lather--the important thing is whether it works for you. If it is too thin, you may be using too much water or you might not be loading enough soap on the brush. I usually load for 30 to 45 seconds to get enough to suit me. I have used WSP soaps, but I haven't used the formula T, so I can't help you there.
