Instead of a hard "boiled" egg, try a hard "baked" egg. It's simple. Preheat oven to 325F (165C). Place eggs in a muffin tin...no water. Bake for 30 minutes. Place in ice bath to shock, that's it. Peeling was better than my boiling technique. Give it a try. This will be my new go to for hard-boiled..ah...baked eggs.
