As someone who loves Proraso but is allergic to fragrances I took it upon myself to email the company and see if they had any interest in making a completely fragrance free cream at some point. I explained that I loved their product, but could not use it, and that there were many like me in this market and we would all love a fragrance free cream. I even explained that we understand that ingredients have a smell and that we dont need fragrance to be happy with a cream, we just want something that works and does not break us out in hives or a rash. Well gosh darn it 30 minutes later I got an email from the VP of Marketing telling me that she appreciated my email and would be sending it to the granddaughter of the original creator in Italy so that she could see my concerns, and that they would let me know if something like that went into production. I was very impressed and very pleased to see such a quick turn around and to see it going higher up than I have ever seen one of my emails go. Great company and great people as far as I am concerned.
