Thinking about Getting a Fatboy

I'm considering getting a Fatboy to round out my collection. I figure since it's both Vintage and an Adjustable it would cover two categories.

I'm a little confused about what's a reasonable price to pay. Should I get a replated one? Where is a good place to get one?

Any advice would be appreciated
