Any fans of green Chartreuse? I have never added it to my liquor cabinet due to the high cost. My daughter likes a cocktail that contains it but at $60 a bottle, I wasn't willing to buy. My job takes me to Mexico occasionally and I found a bottle for $30 there. Now I have it, what do I do with it? Their website suggests a mule, we will probably start with that.
