I've been trying some beer from a small B.C. brewery, and they don't filter their beer. I have some larger bottles of beer, and they've been lying on their sides in the fridge for a few weeks ... and sediment has been gathering along the "bottom side".
I know that's "normal" for this kind of beer, but ... should I
- rotate the beer bottles to mix the sediment back into the beer for the "complete beer tasting experience"?
- ignore whether the sediment gets into the beer I pour from the bottle or not?
- decant the beer the way I would wine, to keep the sediment out of what I drink?
Craft beer sediment . good, bad or indifferent?
