I have some Special Stones, and a sampling of from Okay to Great razors.
The name of the stones is making me scared to use them to work on my lesser razors. I'm not willing to divulge if I have transgressed, just yet, so what do the experienced French hone users out there have to say? Is it just a dumb name, or do these hones only shine when used on the harder of the French and Swedish blades? Or is it, as they say, not the size of the boat...
