It's really strange to look forward to shaving, it's been a chore I dodged for years by maintaining a beard.
So this morning, on a day I NEVER shave, I got a better shave than yesterday. 2nd shave on a blade seems to be smoother than the first, and I only have some irritation where I had to make four passes to get some stubble -- need to learn how the hair grows again, this wasn't much of an issue with the four blade monster I used to use.
But all in all I'm pleased. Will need to change my technique some (longer smoother strokes, less hacking away as I needed with the cartridge). No pulling, irritation is mostly because I used too much pressure, again bad habits from those nasty carts.
Tomorrow will be better!
Now I just have to restrain myself from buying more brushes, razors, and blades...
