Does anyone know anything about this piece?

I found this at a flee market and I would like to know more about it, if anyone know? Age, brand, anything.
The stand has no stamps or anything like that.

The brush says "äkta grävling" which means Pure Badger in Swedish. Is the brand Gloria or Perlon?
