I was reading through the Italian Barber's FAQs this morning (by the way, the IB FAQ section is an interesting read...see what I mean). One of the lines cautions peoples if they order items in the summer and the winter. IB notes that items may arrive melted or frozen. Here's a snippet:
- Climate conditions are the responsibility of the Buyer. This means if you live in Arizona and it's summer (your mailbox probably gets up to over 130F), your soap or cream will probably arrive melted.
Although it's July and hot, I plan on placing an order for Cella. Am I a risk taker?
Ordering creams and soaps in the summer, risky business
