Well, guess that your advice has arrived a little too late, hahahahaha. The Bay of perdition got me on their evil hands!!! The last two years i got into control my Absinthe Adquisition Disorder just to exchange it for another one. Two months ago i was like: "i'll buy either a Merkur 38c or a Muhle R89, a DE blade sampler, some Chagrin Valley Soap Co. Shaving soap or another TAoS Shaving kit and that's it!"... Poor little thing, how little i knew!.
Right now, the razos that are waiting for me in order of aquisition are, just to name a few:
- a 1959 E4 Fat Boy revamped by Delta Echo Razor Works i got from the auction site.
- a bunch of GEM razor (guess a have a thing for GEM's, Kampfe's and Ever-Ready's razors)
- a Mongoose.
- a couple of Schick's repeating razors.
- 4 razors ordered directly from Delta Echo Razors: 1 Tech, 1 Superspeed, 1 Slim Adjustable and another Fatboy.
- etc, etc. etc...
And i put into test the efficency of the mexican postal service with an vintage 7 o' clock razor from the UK and some french razors... Plus anything i could win
Yes i know, i'm doomed. regarding the soaps i ordered one I Coloniali, one Mitchell's Wool Fat, and some Cyril R Salter but i'm considering gettin' some Saponificio Varesino soaps.
Blades? Already have a DE Sampler pack from Amazon.com (25 brands) plus some Polsilvers and Kai's and a bunch of GEMs for all the SE i'm gettin'...
Is there any cure for traditional/vintage wet shaving?
Greetings from Mexico!
