Hello all,

Used electric shavers and various disposables for years. Shaving was just another chore, no satisfaction, time consuming and wasted money. Then saw a DE razor commercial on the TV. That got the wheels turning and mentioned it to my wife, who shared my interest with her mother. The next spring my mother came to visit with a gift.
A 1962 Gillette DE with long baby blue handle and a star design just under the head. Although a “Lady Gillette” would not have been my first choice I’ve been shaving with it for a year and love it. Shaving is no longer a hassle and I find the task quite enjoyable. This spring she gifted me a no date, gold tone, Gillette ball end tech. If the Lady was rated 10, I’d give the tech a 7. So for now I’ll stay with the old original. While doing research on the Tech I came across B&B, which definitely got the wheels turning again.
