Are you a STEEP or SHALLOW angle DE Razor Shaver?

Out of all the DE Razor Shavers here at B&B, there seems to be a preponderance of those using the SHALLOW ANGLE. I was wondering why.

I naturally shave with a STEEP ANGLE. Currently my only razor is an open comb (Fatip Piccolo). I believe OC users are more likely to shave with a steep angle than closed-comb/safety-bar razor users. I could easily be wrong of course.

I can understand why the straight razor guys use a shallow angle. But as all safety razors (DEs) have either a safety bar or a comb, it makes sense to me to use that equipment and shave at a steep angle:

rather than bypassing the safety bar or comb, and shaving at a shallow angle:

I’m really interested to know not only what angle you normally shave with, but also the reason(s) you do it that way. Please tell.
