New acquisition (55 Red Tip) and a question.

I just purchased a Gillette Red Tip on eBay. From the photos it looks to be in okay condition, but I am interested in getting it refurbished.

I am requesting comments from anyone who has had any experience with this, and can hopefully point me to an artisan that does vintage razor restorations.
