As I continue to age I have noticed that I just cant get enough sleep!!
In my 20's I could get by on 4-5 hours daily. That increased to 6-7 hours in my 30's now that I'm 40 I almost require 8 hours just to function. Although I rarely get the 8 hours daily, I sure try!! Generally I'm in bed by 8 because weekdays I get up to run at 445 (my attempt at weight control, its really a fast'ish walk!!)
